A hexagonal glass pavilion serves as the entrance to the center and is visible from just inside the campus entry. A symbol of the Art Center, the pavilion is connected to the existing art department via a colonnade that creates a new landscaped courtyard for the complex. Galleries are designed to be flexible with modules that can be joined and recombined for changing exhibitions.
