The mixed-use design would occupy half of a city block, with building massing organized around a 500-space parking garage hidden at the center of the block and partially below grade. The design is comprised of individual mini-towers, each with occupiable green roofs that establish three unique residential addresses along the block with a total of 200 residential units.

Canopied entrances to the individual housing components are balanced by intimately scaled storefronts, creating a rich and diverse street-level experience. In addition, a 147-room hotel with a landscaped courtyard visible and accessible from the street supports the growth of this vibrant, developing neighborhood.
